Production Data Analyst Senior Staff

• Collect, process, and analyze production data to support operational decision-making and performance monitoring./ Thu thập, xử lý và phân tích dữ liệu sản xuất để hỗ trợ ra quyết định và theo dõi hiệu suất vận hành

Trách nhiệm chính

• Update daily, weekly, and monthly production data into the SAP system./ Cập nhật dữ liệu sản xuất hàng ngày, hàng tuần và hàng tháng vào hệ thống SAP.

• Export data from SAP and other systems to generate regular reports for management./ Xuất dữ liệu từ SAP và các hệ thống khác để lập báo cáo định kỳ cho ban quản lý.

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI./ Xây dựng và duy trì các bảng điều khiển và báo cáo trực quan bằng Power BI.

• Analyze production trends, identify bottlenecks, and provide insights for process improvement./ Phân tích xu hướng sản xuất, xác định điểm nghẽn và cung cấp thông tin hỗ trợ cải tiến quy trình.

• Support capacity planning and production forecasting based on historical and real-time data./ Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch năng lực và dự báo sản xuất dựa trên dữ liệu thực tế và lịch sử.

• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to validate data accuracy./ Phối hợp với các bộ phận sản xuất, kế hoạch và chất lượng để đảm bảo độ chính xác của dữ liệu.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports as requested by management or other departments./ Chuẩn bị các báo cáo đột xuất theo yêu cầu từ ban quản lý hoặc các bộ phận liên quan.

• College or University degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in production or production planning/ analysis is an advantage.
• Strong skills in data analysis, planning, and work organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, proactiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• English requirement: Able to read and write emails in English. English communication skills are a plus.
