Product Manager is responsible for Diag’s product development, medical marketing for product management and providing the relevant disease knowledge, product knowledge training for other departments as well as on fields support for sales team. The scope of work includes, but not limited to:
- Product development: Ability to provide insights from stakeholders to support Commercial Director to develop product portfolios & pipeline to catch up business opportunities in the market and drive the implementation.
- Medical marketing/Product management: Ability to work with cross-functional team (especially sales force) to drive the execution of medical marketing plan effectively.
- KOLs management: Support Commercial Director in defining pool of KOLs, develop KOLs management plan and drive the implementation to support medical marketing plan execution.
- Provide TNA (training need analysis): Support Commercial Director in building the comprehensive medical marketing training plan, delivering the training sessions and tracking the impacts
- In-field support: To conduct the KOL management plan, product management as well as support other cross-functional team in the context of medical marketing.
- Enterprise leadership: Demonstrate good behaviors in align with company's core values through leading by examples.
- Compliance: Follow company's code of conduct and drive the compliance culture within the organization.
