- Collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Supply Chain departments to ensure production timelines and product launches.
- Develop and implement a continuous creative process for the team to optimize products.
- Create detailed strategies and plans for new product launches.
- Periodically review and adjust product development strategies based on post-launch results.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
