We're seeking an individual who has deep knowledge and practical experience work in cross-platform application design, from concept to development and release. As a Principal UX Designer, you will be the champion of innovation in user-centric solutions for the most ambitious ideas that propels our products & services to the next level.
Your responsibilities as a UX leader:
- Establish and refine a universal design language across consumer facing applications with complex products and services
- Ponder over a broad spectrum of consumer journeys and lead the creation of a unified yet flexible consumer experience across hundreds of pathways
- Coach and mentor team members as well as spread data-backed insights across the organization
- Produce detailed design documentation and refined design standards for software engineers and partners
- Conduct user testing which yields actionable insights, turn these insights into actual implementations that delight customers
- Deep dive into data to produce in-depth analysis that validate ideas and measure uplifts in meaningful metrics
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders, weigh inputs and priorities, and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve healthy
