Power BI Developer (Python, Data Analysis, SQL)

1. Power BI Leadership

· Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

· Ensure seamless integration of Power BI with diverse data sources, maintaining data integrity and reliability.

· Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and user experience.

· Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.

· Stay abreast of the latest Power BI features, updates, and industry trends.

2. AI Strategy & Implementation

· Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI).

· Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance business processes, customer experience, and decision-making.

· Develop and deploy AI models for data analytics.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and workflows.

· Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and transparency.

· Monitor and evaluate AI model performance, continuously improving accuracy and relevance.

·         Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or Technical Lead in data analytics and AI projects.

·         Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and SQL.

·         Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration.

·         Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI tools and services.

·         Proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.

·         Experience with MLOps and deploying models in production environments is a plus.

·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

·         Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.

·         Microsoft certifications in Power BI and Azure AI are highly desirable.
