Payments Specialist

Get to know the Role:

As a Payment Specialist, your high-quality delivery is vital to Grab and our partner community. You will be closely involved in the Singapore operations to deliver the best payment experience to drivers and merchants. Every ‘Grabber’ is equally important and has the ability to directly impact Grab’s success. You will be working across different teams to out-serve our partners and internal stakeholders.

The day-to-day activities:

• You will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage enquiries from drivers, merchants or fleet partners, supporting adhoc projects when required

• Establish new processes, support systems changes to ensure the successful roll out of the initiatives

• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes

• Process payment requests received from various internal stakeholders

The must haves:

• Proficient in MS Office application, especially Excel (eg: VBA, shortcuts, formulas and Pivot table)

• Motivated to work in fast paced environment and displays good team spirit

• Passionate about customer centricity with a data driven approach in decision making

• At least 2 - 3 years’ working experience in handling operational processes

• Ability to process and analyze reports with good documentation skills

• Good written & spoken English

• Detail oriented and meticulous;

• Well versed in data manipulation using Excel formulas and functions (e.g. data lookup function, IF conditional function, pivot table, etc)

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL language is desirable
