Get to know the Role:
As a Payment Specialist, your high-quality delivery is vital to Grab and our partner community. You will be closely involved in the Singapore operations to deliver the best payment experience to drivers and merchants. Every ‘Grabber’ is equally important and has the ability to directly impact Grab’s success. You will be working across different teams to out-serve our partners and internal stakeholders.
The day-to-day activities:
Process payment requests received from various internal stakeholders
Establish new processes for ad-hoc projects and systems changes to ensure the successful roll out of the initiatives
Drive continuous improvement of existing processes
Work closely with internal stakeholders to manage enquiries from drivers, merchants or fleet partners
Perform other administrative duties and manage ad-hoc projects as needed
The must haves:
Motivated to work in fast paced environment and displays good team spirit
Passionate about customer centricity with a data driven approach in decision making
At least 2 - 3 years’ working experience in handling operational processes
Ability to process and analyze reports with good documentation skills
Good written & spoken English
Detail oriented and meticulous;
Effective in collaborating across different functional units in the organization and comfortable in working with external stakeholders
Well versed in data manipulation using Excel formulas and functions (e.g. data lookup function, IF conditional function, pivot table, etc)
