Mô tả công việc

- Execute and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly work plans according to the company's general goals.

- Contact customers, introduce and advise on products, provide quotations, and send product samples as requested.

- Directly manage and be responsible for the details of sales contracts, including product type, quantity, price, payment terms, etc.

- Receive orders, provide information to relevant departments and track orders to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Care for, maintain and develop customer relationships before, during and after sales.

- Be responsible for monitoring and following up on payments from customers in charge.

- Plan, search, exploit, research, and expand product distribution channels in new markets to increase sales and profitability.

- Handle and resolve any issues that arise with customers.

- Report sales performance to the head of the department and general director.

- Perform other duties as assigned by a manager and assist with other tasks when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

-          Age: 22 – 35.

-          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or Foreign Trade or a related field.

-          Around three years' experience, with knowledge of chemical industry being an advantage.

-          Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle various situations flexibly.

-          Willing to go business trips as assigned by the board of directors.

-          Proactive, highly motivated, able to work independently, and has good critical thinking skills.

-          Hard-working, passionate about sales. Dynamic, enthusiastic, a fast learner and has a strong sense of responsibility.

-          Proficient in office computer skills.
