Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end order processing workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling customer orders.
  • Coordinate and supervise export shipment activities, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements.
  • Handle import operations, including coordinating with suppliers, managing customs clearance, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.
  • Resolve any unexpected issues or delays during the export process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Liaise with government departments and agencies related to export operations (e.g., customs, trade compliance) to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers.
  • Monitor and analyze order and shipment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Communicate directly with international clients in English, both in writing and verbally, to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Manage and lead the business team, assigning tasks effectively, setting priorities, and ensuring team productivity and alignment with company goals.
