Oversees day-to-day operation of GrabExpress business which includes driver communication, driver training, managing logistics operations
Analyze driver data, develop driver programs and incentive structures to increase driver performance and driver productivity
Coordinate with other teams ie. Partner Operations, Business Development, Training, QC, Payment to make sure operations go smoothly & meet target for Vietnam market
Understand team’s main KPIs & propose appropriate plans to hit targets. Plan and set targets for department, along with key operational matrices for each of individual team members
Continually review organizational design and policies to maximize team’s cohesion and individual’s professional development Exemplify & comply with all principles & core value of Grab
The must haves:
At least 3 years experience in a similar position
Experienced in building teams, building workflow
Experience building teams, building work process
Analytical skills, deep thinking, problem solving capability
Good leadership skills to manage a team effectively
Customer Orientation: Understand needs and expectations of customers and customer service mindset
The ability to change and to lead change in time to meet the needs of the business change
