The day-to-day activities:
● Prepare driver communication material and driver training material on new services to be
launched in the market.
● Analyze driver data, execute driver initiatives to increase driver performance and driver
productivity.
● Coordinate with other teams ie. training team, QC team, customer service to make sure
operations go smoothly & meet operational KPIs for the market.
● Understand team’s main KPIs & propose appropriate plans to hit targets.
● Exemplify & comply with all principles & core value of Grab.
The must haves:
● Bachelor Degree
● At least 2 years experience in a similar position or in an operations environment.
● Experienced in on the ground operations and building process workflows.
● Able to work on the ground and be hands-on in improving operational processes.
● Analytical skills, deep thinking, problem solving capability.
● Customer Orientation: Understand needs and expectations of customers and customer service
mindset.
● Effective communication.
● Skills and knowledge of operational procedures.
● Start-up spirit & working under high pressure.
