Mô tả công việc

  • Lead and manage the daily operations across supply chain, customer service, and after-sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement processes, SOPs, and KPIs to improve operational performance.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and vendor management.
  • Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
  • Participate in strategic planning and support company growth initiatives.
