Operation Lead

Get to know the role:

This role is responsible to oversee all operational functions to run smoothly and optimized operation for Special Project team in Grab Rental.

Day to day activities:

• Manage outbound & inbound schedules and coordinate further with client’s dispatch schedule to meet the expected SLA
• Meet in house hub operations lead time
• Ensure driver supply is sufficient vs daily order and coordinate with certain team accordingly
• Ensure fleet supply is sufficient and coordinate with vendors accordingly
• Design, implement & consistently review the most efficient operations process flow by best optimizing current available resources for existing or new project
• Responsible to achieve sales target contribution including creating marketing activity
• Monitoring daily payment and maintain profitability
• Build and maintain relationship with third party

The must haves:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in fleet operation management from automotive industry or taxi
• Good networking and good interpersonal skills
• Excel in leading a team
• Have a good sense in analytical thinking
• Experience in setting up operational process
