This is a Special Project Team with its main job to handle non-standard operational requirements from clients
The day-to-day activities:
On daily basis, he will be reporting to Ground Operations Manager and manage hub staffs (mostly temps) with numbers approximately 40 peoples
Manage outbound & inbound schedules and coordinate further with client’s dispatch schedule to meet the expected SLA
Meet in house hub operations lead time
Ensure driver supply is sufficient vs daily order and coordinate with certain team accordingly
Ensure fleet supply is sufficient and coordinate with vendors accordingly
Responsible for COD collection & settlement performance and coordinate with internal auditor to ease all potential problems
Design, implement & consistently review the most efficient operations process flow by best optimizing current available resources for existing or new project
Coordinate, communicate & improving first complaint resolution with top clients, by revisiting the current process, find the loop hole & find the best solutions to the problems
Coordinate with internal functions for the trouble shooting and design the best way to resolve potential problems down to the root cause level
Ensure security & safety all level of package movements from client’s area to hubs until it’s completely processed to be delivered
Secure all potential of data breach with internal or external team and coordinate further with security team if required
The must haves:
Bachelor Degree from any reputable university
Good & proven leadership for at least 2 years of experience
