MLabel - Metub's private label business focusing on lifestyle products - is one of the new commercial models designed to maximize the Creator's potential through Commerce.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verify and resolve customer requirements and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process.

• Take responsibility for daily tracking and monitoring of promotion activity plans, inventory levels, and initiate follow-up actions as needed.

• Coordinate and handle arising issues related to inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely stock movement and warehouse activities.

• Verify and reconcile supporting documents such as invoices, contracts, liquidation reports, claim statements, etc., to ensure accurate bookings and payments.

• Manage office administration tasks and contract services to ensure the office operates efficiently and supports business operations at all times.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
