As an Online Content Leader/Specialist, you will drive the strategic direction, production excellence, and operational performance of content across Con Cung’s ecommerce platforms—including product website, app, blog, SEO ecosystem, and brand partnership initiatives. You will lead a high-performing content team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, and champion data-driven content strategies that support sustainable user growth, search ranking performance, and online conversion.
You will work closely with the Online Content Manager to define priorities, develop user acquisition strategies & lead in execution, develop content roadmaps, and optimize end-to-end content operations across the online journey.
***Key responsibilities
1. Strategic Online Content & Technical SEO Planning (25%)
- Develop quarterly and annual content strategies aligned with business goals, brand direction, and user needs.
- Build and manage user-driven content frameworks, including keyword strategies, pillar/hub structures, E-E-A-T improvements, technical implementation, AI search deployment, and backlink development.
- Ensure content strategy integrates seamlessly with Category, E-commerce, Product, and Sales Growth teams.
- Monitor online content performance and continuously optimize based on ranking, traffic, and user conversion insights.
2. Content Production & Operations Management (25%)
- Oversee end-to-end content creation, including product descriptions, landing pages, user-friendly articles, blog content, PR content, and app/website content operations.
- Ensure all product and editorial content is accurate, complete, compliant, and conversion-oriented.
- Lead quality control for all published content to maintain brand voice, editorial standards, and user experience best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows through automation, process optimization, and cross-team coordination.
3. Product Development & UX Enhancement (20%)
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to identify UX/UI improvements across Con Cung’s website and app that enhance readability, navigation, and conversion.
- Participate in product development or R&D initiatives by offering content insights, reviewing user flows, and recommending improved content touchpoints.
- Apply technical literacy (HTML, CSS, scripting knowledge) to support implementation or troubleshoot structural content issues.
4. Data Analytics & Insights (10%)
- Track and analyze content performance metrics through data dashboards, keyword tools, performance tracking tools and e-commerce analytics platforms.
- Produce regular performance reports with insights and data-backed recommendations for content optimization.
- Use data to refine user acquisition strategy, improve conversion rates, enhance user engagement, and support growth experiments.
5. Stakeholder, Agency & Press Collaboration (10%)
- Serve as the key contact point for agency partners, SEO vendors, PR agencies, and content-related external partners.
- Work with media outlets and press teams to produce credible, authoritative articles supporting Con Cung’s category expertise.
- Collaborate effectively with Category, Visual, Product, Tech, Sales Growth and other internal teams to align timelines, ensure clarity, and manage expectations.
- Provide workflow and briefing to stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality content outcomes.
6. Team Leadership & Project Management (10%)
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Online Content Specialists/Executive and collaborators.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure outputs meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Manage content-related projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business goals.
- Build a culture of responsibility, continuous learning, and solution-oriented thinking within the team.

1. Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in content, digital marketing, online growth, or SEO.
- At least 1 year of experience in team leadership or supervising roles.
- Strong understanding of content production for ecommerce and online customer journeys.
- Proficient in SEO best practices, keyword planning, content optimization, and analytics interpretation.
- Experience managing complex workflows via CMS and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, or related fields.
- Understanding of coding fundamentals such as HTML/CSS, Appscripts, open-source code is a strong advantage.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, IT, technology, or service-related industries is a plus.
- Excellence with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and content automation platforms.
