The day-to-day activities:
- Responsible for explaining details about car finance program for GrabCar platform to candidates and help the candidates process credit check.
- Closely working with automotive car finance companies and automotive dealers to ensure entire process of car finance.
- Find new investors to invest in new program of strategic supply. Oversee and implement programs with investors.
- Advise drivers about their need of purchasing suitable car.
- Establish, achieve, and report on KPIs and milestones periodically to the country head of strategic program
The must haves:
- Minimum Bachelor degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in leading and managing a small to mid size team (3~5 members)
- Experiences in automotive industry or auto finance such as loan, lease, etc. highly preferable
- Result oriented mindset
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments
- Passion about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets.
- Good command in English.
