Our new office in Hanoi was opened on 18th March. We are welcome all Hanoi talented candidates to join 2 main teams: Sales and Engineering. To be an Office Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the growth in operations of the office and support these 2 stakeholders.

• Coordinate office activities (between Hanoi-HCM) and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Manage agendas/appointments etc. for the upper management
• Support agendas/appointments for Hanoi recruitment activities
• Create and update records and databases with personnel for on-off boarding process
• Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals related to operations tasks as assigned
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
