1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Develop recruitment plans to attract high-quality educators and operational staff aligned with Tesla’s IB and MOET curriculum needs.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding schedules.
- Facilitate orientation programs and ensure new hires have access to necessary resources, equipment, and systems.
2. HR Operations & Offboarding
- Manage offboarding procedures: exit interviews, clearance forms, final settlements, and exit documentation.
- Prepare, manage, and renew labor contracts for local and expatriate employees (full-time, part-time, and temporary).
- Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases, and employee records to ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and timesheets in coordination with department leads.
- Manage social insurance processes for new hires, terminations, maternity, sick leave, and annual reporting.
- Support expatriate staff with work permits, visas, and TRC applications.
- Support the Operation Teams by monitoring cleaner, school bus, and security guard teams, ensuring smooth operations.
3. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Plan and implement staff engagement activities and HR-driven events to foster collaboration and belonging.
- Support leadership in building a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with Tesla’s IB values and safeguarding standards.
- Draft and distribute HR communications, policy updates, and staff announcements.
4. Compliance & Performance Support
- Ensure HR policies comply with Vietnamese labor law and CIS/IB accreditation requirements.
- Track probation and performance evaluation schedules, ensuring line managers complete timely reviews.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making on staffing, retention, and workforce planning.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Direct manager/HoS/BOG.
