Network Planning and Control Manager

Tiki is looking for a self-motivated, analytically minded leader who has experienced in e-commerce logistics/supply chain/finance, with a stress on network design as well as inventory and budget control. If you have ever worked on multiple nodes of large-scaled warehouse/distribution center, you are likely a relevant candidate.

You should enjoy analyzing huge sets of data and fact-based discussions. You should be able (and willing) to dive deep into details, sail through ambiguity and come up with insightful findings. The other significant portion of your time will be devoted to making joint decisions with Fulfillment, Transport, Technologies, Business and Finance departments. At the end of the day, your ultimate goal is to offer customers best-in-class services through an extremely efficient supply chain with fast-paced operations, lean inventory and a healthy cost structure.

You will also be in charge of building up an entirely new team including interviewing, testing, training, giving orientation and staffing in order to serve an ever-increasingly complex business.

RESPONSIBITIES

• Oversee the whole supply chain network that consists of many different fulfillment centers, distribution centers, sorting centers, delivery hubs and routes among those nodes as well. Design a regular review procedure to make sure processing capacity (storage, production, …) stay a head of the curve but not redundant that it would turn into waste (capacity planning). Also streamline/fix lower-than-expected performer routes.
• Manage inventory, decide day-of-coverage (DOC) and where to place what so we can reduce cross-region shipments while still be able to deliver it quickly. Inventory includes both Tiki-owned and 3P-owned goods.
• Work closely with Finance to make sure actual cost is in line with allocated budget.
• Work closely with Technologies to design solutions and deploy them system-wise.
• Lead one or many side/improvement project(s) to deliver new initiatives.
