- Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces of Taisei Square Hanoi;- Conduct site visits to prospective tenants;- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants;- Manage SNS for advertisements for the building (i.e facebook, zalo, linkedin, etc);- Propose marketing ideas and prepare marketing materials to discuss with manager;- Follow up with tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support accounting department in collecting rental payment (if necessary);
