Manage the Merchandising Team in details:
1. Responsible for purchasing local food and beverage products in Vietnam, participating in developing and implementing merchandising strategies to ensure the supply chain operates effectively.
2. Deeply understand local food and beverage distribution channels in Vietnam, and establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers, distributors and manufacturers.
3. According to company needs, search for high-quality suppliers, conduct market research and supplier evaluation, and ensure purchased foods meet company standards and requirements Vietnamese law.
4. Coordinate buying plans and inventory management to ensure timely delivery of goods, optimize inventory levels and effectively reduce buying costs.
5. Negotiate contracts, negotiate prices and execute orders to ensure the company achieves the best conditions during the buying process.
6. Regularly report merchandising progress and market trends to management and make optimization suggestions.
7. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors/BODs.
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in supply chain management, international trade, food engineering or related majors.
2. Having at least 5 years of experience in the field of food and beverage procurement, familiar with food and beverage distribution channels and manufacturer resources in Vietnam will be given priority.
3. Have good communication skills in Vietnamese (Chinese will be a plus), be able to communicate fluently with local suppliers in Vietnam and within the company.
4. Have a deep understanding of Vietnam's food safety standards and related regulations to ensure purchased products meet quality and legal requirements
5. Excellent negotiation, supplier management and cost control capabilities as well as strong market analysis and risk management capabilities.
6. Proficient in using common purchasing management software and office software.
7. Have a spirit of teamwork, the ability to solve problems independently and have a high sense of responsibility at work.
8.Good at management skill, leader skill.
