You will be the Medical Trainer for Mintha Aesthetics and take responsibility for medical training, including clinical & scientific knowledge, on-field education for HCP. Training content will align with product scientific claims and technical practice. Ensuring correct and safe clinical application of all products in the portfolio. You will have a critical role on convincing HCP base on treatment application and clinical data.
You will also support the sales by taking lead for new customer, onboarding and transferring them to the Sales team once conversion is successful.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Medical Training & Education
Deliver external training for doctors, clinics, hospitals on product knowledge, clinical indications, safety guidelines, and correct practice techniques.
Prepare and update training materials (presentations, manuals, leaflets, clinical guidelines, sales speech) ensuring content aligns with product claims and scientific evidence.
Support medical activities such as hands-on workshops, live demo sessions, symposiums, congress and medical activation activities.
Conduct training sessions for Internal teams (Sales, newcomers onboarding).
On-field Coaching & Technique Transfer
Conduct frequent field visits (approx. 70% to 80% of working time).
Guide doctors on proper usage, indications, protocols, and common clinical scenarios to ensure safe and effective application.
Observe market trends, competitor behaviors, customer feedback, and treatment quality for reporting.
Ensure brand compliance at clinics: product usage, recommended technique guidelines.
Business Development Support
Independently approach new clinics/doctors to introduce the product portfolio.
Seeking for business opportunities by taking leads for new customers and onboarding.
Support existing customers of sales team for training and product demonstration.
Follow through the onboarding cycle: introduction → training → conversion → transfer to Sales for long-term management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Support Sales team with scientific information, clinical evidence, application guidance.
Assist in event organization when needed (workshops, symposia, congress activities, etc.).
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain training documents base on scientific data and doctors insight.
Submit weekly field activity reports and monthly insights.
Other missions
Be flexible and multitask. Other missions may include
Event organization-related tasks (gifts and samples preparation, phone calls, invitation sending and attendance, guest receptions etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy (required).
Experience in medical sales, medical training, dermatology/aesthetic field, or related industry.
Scientific understanding of aesthetic products (filler, skin booster, topical solutions) is a strong advantage.
Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours depending on event/clinic schedules.
