Master Data Staff

POSITION: MASTER DATA STAFF

- Work place: Xom Chieu Ward - HCMC

- Report to: Master Data Supervisor

MAIN DUTIES:

1. Customer data maintenance including:

a. Check legality of customer information and licenses before maintaining into system

b. Set up Special license for customers buying controlled drug following DC54

2. Customer Legal Documents control for internal and external audit

3. Cross department collaboration:

a. Delivering sufficient information needed

b. Co-ordinate with relevant department to solve problem if any

c. Co-ordinate with Sales, CS to verify the accuracy of customer information in system

4. Participate in training activities:

a. Updating special scenarios in Healthcare Industry market and Local Legislation applied

b. Comprehend Customer Pharma Licenses issued relating to controlled drugs

c. Other training courses following company policy

5. System enhancement activities:

a. Occasional project activities as requested for new system enhancement

b. Execute user acceptance testing using test scripts for system enhancement

6. Adhoc performances required by line manager:

a. Backup other functions as trained and required

b. Additional specific report required by higher level

c. Attend company / department meeting / activities

d. Other tasks assigned by higher level
