Summary
The Marketing Lead (Agent Growth) will lead the marketing efforts to recruit, onboard, and nurture Agent Partners for Citics through the Citics Agent App. This role focuses on executing growth strategies to expand Citics’ Agent ecosystem nationwide, while establishing a strong brand presence among Agents and banking partners. The position requires a hands-on executor with a systems-thinking approach and a growth mindset, operating effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and operate marketing campaigns to recruit Agent Partners through the Citics Agent App.
· Plan and execute Agent onboarding, activation, and nurturing journeys across CRM, email, and digital platforms.
· Organize Agent Growth events (workshops, meetups) across key provinces.
· Develop and operate owned media channels (website, fanpage, LinkedIn) to build Citics’ brand presence among Agents and banking partners.
· Manage digital campaigns to generate Agent leads and promote Agent-centric programs.
· Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Agent Development teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
· Monitor, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through each phase.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
· Minimum 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in startups, app-based platforms, or B2B2C models.
· Proven experience executing user/partner acquisition campaigns, event marketing, seeding, and CRM nurturing.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to design and operate lean marketing systems.
· Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-growth environment.
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and BD teams.
Participate in internal and specialized training programs to support job-related expertise.
Collaborate with the Business/ Operations Departments and Shareholders to plan and enhance work processes.
