Lead part-time content team: Oversee and guide the team to ensure content is executed according to the plan.
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and drive sales.
Create and produce engaging content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Manage and coordinate the content production team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Analyze performance metrics on social media channels and develop content strategies that are appropriate for each period.
Plan detailed seeding strategies for each marketing campaign.
Managing social media part time team
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
Passionate about the communications industry, creative, and interested in brand building and marketing campaigns.
Ability to write content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
Basic skills in using applications like Capcut and Canva.
Proactively monitor work progress, thoroughly understand product information, and program materials.
Continuously update content trends and marketing trends on social media platforms.
Work seriously, be ambitious, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Experience in the education sector is preferred
Previous experience working in a marketing agency is a plus
