Marketing Executive (Digital)

JOB PURPOSE

The Marketing Executive will support all Marketing Communication activities with a key focus on Digital and Social Media Marketing to promote Keppel Land’s residential properties on digital and social media platforms and acquire new leads.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Digital and Social Media Markeitng (85%)

• Administer Keppel Land’s owned digital and social media channels including corporate website, internal portal and fan pages of residential projects
• Plan and create digital and social media marketing campaigns/activities
• Perform copywriting, create topics for viral marketing and contents for email marketing, e-newsletter, mobile/SMS marketing
• Implement and supervise agencies on the design and production of visual contents and rich media contents
• Manage digital campaign budgets and schedules
• Develop and maintain relationships with bloggers and  influencers
• Measure and prepare report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (including website management) against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Collate and analyse market trends/insights and competitors’ campaigns/activities

Non-digital marketing activities (15%)

• Support the team in creative development of marketing materials, event partnership or sponsorship. 
• Support other marketing-related projects as assigned
