Marketing Assistant: Calvin Klein, Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, Owndays, Polo Ralph Lauren, Swarovski, Guess, Karl Lagerfeld, DKNY, Armani Exchange
Marketing Planning & Reporting (40%)
- Develop and support execution of daily, monthly, and yearly marketing activities for assigned brands.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on marketing performance, sales results, promotions, and competitor activities.
- Track and manage A&P budgets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and generate comprehensive marketing reports for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing programs.
- Support the Marketing team in documentation, record management, and report preparation.
Marketing Cross-Functional Coordination (30%)
- Collaborate with internal departments (Brand, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.) to execute campaigns, promotions, and activations.
- Coordinate new store openings, seasonal campaigns, and in-store activities.
- Ensure smooth alignment and execution of marketing tasks as assigned by the Group Marketing Manager.
Partnership & Brand Marketing (30%)
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage partnership programs with external partners such as malls, banks, media platforms, and strategic brand partners, ensuring strong brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Work closely with agencies and vendors to deliver impactful partnership activations and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Provide enhanced support for priority brands that require a focused marketing push, as directed by the Group Marketing Manager.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Group Marketing Manager.
