Manage, control and check POSMs of commercial department
Manage, control car booking effectively and efficiency for Marketing Department
Analyse, create shopping-cards and do payment for department expenses
Monitor marketing budget and do monthly cost analysis
Support small projects and events assigned by marketing manager and commercial director
Responsible for Internal Communication on behalf of Marketing Department (work closely with SD team, coordinate with stakeholders of Marketing team member to write articles, face book fan page)
Manage independently various requests of commercial team
