1. Seeking new customers/potential markets:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Explore new markets while maintaining existing business relationships.
• Prepare and submit new customer reports.
2. Export sales activities:
• Conduct regular customer visits.
• Analyze market conditions to develop effective pricing strategies.
• Provide technical advice to customers to meet their needs and achieve sales targets in export markets.
3. Achieve sales target:
• Plan and prioritize daily activities based on the sales action plan.
• Develop and maintain an efficient sales and distribution system to ensure smooth operations and positive customer feedback on pricing and service.
• Create customer visit plans and advise on product applications to strengthen relationships.
4. Implement of report submission:
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of Customer Cards and Weekly Reports to the supervisor, recommending adjustments as needed to meet targets.
• Prepare and submit all required sales reports (daily, weekly) and proactively address customer complaints.
5. Develop & maintain business relationships with all customers:
• Foster and enhance partnerships with customers to build a strong company reputation in the market.
6. Keep track of competitor’s activities & market feedback:
• Track competitors’ activities and gather market feedback on Interflour Vietnam’s products to support business decision-making.
• Proactively address market-related challenges.
7. Communicate effectively & efficiently with other functional groups:
• Ensures properly, timely and effectively communicate with team & other function groups to enhance cost efficiency and improve customer service.
8. Communicate effectively & teamwork:
• Maintain open and thorough communication with relevant teams, including Sales Administration, Logistics, Technical Service, Production, and QA-QC, to support operational success.
