Logistics Coordinator (Rotating Shifts - including Night Shifts)

We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Logistics Coordinator to support our operations. This role is essential to ensure smooth coordination with truck drivers, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with truck drivers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth loading/unloading and delivery during the shift
  Phối hợp với lái xe tải, đội kho và các đối tác logistics để đảm bảo quá trình xếp/dỡ hàng và giao hàng diễn ra suôn sẻ trong ca làm việc

• Monitor and track truck movements, ensuring adherence to schedules.
  Theo dõi và giám sát di chuyển của xe tải, đảm bảo tuân thủ lịch trình

• Handle unexpected issues such as delays, accidents, or route changes
  Xử lý các vấn đề bất ngờ như trễ giờ, tai nạn hoặc thay đổi lộ trình

• Provide updates to the logistics team and record all activities in the system
  Cập nhật thông tin cho team Logistics và ghi nhận tất cả hoạt động vào hệ thống

• Communicate basic instructions in English when necessary
  Giao tiếp các hướng dẫn cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh khi cần thiết
