Livestream Operations & Content Management
· Plan and execute livestream operations, including product selection, content planning, live process control, and livestream room management.
· Develop detailed livestream content plans, identify trending topics, and package high-quality content to enhance viewer engagement.
Cross-functional Coordination
· Work closely with internal teams on product matching, script development, data analysis, and content optimization.
· Manage the full livestream cycle: pre-live preparation, live execution, and post-live review and follow-up.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
· Monitor livestream performance, engagement metrics, and traffic data in real time; adjust strategies to achieve operational targets.
· Track, analyze, and report livestream data; extract insights and propose optimization plans to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
Campaign & Event Management
· Plan and execute daily livestream activities and major promotional campaigns (e.g. Double Day, Mid-Month, Mega Sale events).
· Handle on-site livestream issues, provide timely feedback, and propose effective solutions.
Team Building & Management
· Build, recruit, train, and manage the livestream host team.
· Establish workflows, operational standards, and best practices for the livestream department.
· Minimum 1 year of relevant livestream or e-commerce experience.
· Proven experience managing livestream hosts; familiar with livestream hosting techniques and best practices.
· Deepen knowledgeable for managements skills/ data driven GMV management skills.
· Strong data sensitivity with the ability to identify issues and implement effective operational solutions.
· Solid understanding of e-commerce livestreaming, especially TikTok, including traffic rules and resource integration.
· Strong logical thinking, excellent communication skills, creativity, and a product-driven mindset.
· Capable in data analysis, problem-solving, coordination, and project management.
· High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and strong self-motivation.
· Proficient in English or Chinese for daily work communication.
