Mô tả công việc

  • Document Filing: Organize, arrange, and categorize documents systematically (both online and offline); manage and monitor the legal library, and assist in retrieving archived documents.
  • Chop Management: Safeguard and manage the use of company chops and seals; ensure chops are properly affixed to the correct documents.
  • Administrative Records and Compliance: Adhere to the chart of authority (as issued and updated periodically), verify administrative records (e.g., POAs, sample signatures) to ensure compliance with the chart of authority or similar regulations, and manage these records.
  • Legal Admin Workflows: Prepare and enhance legal admin workflows, such as filing documents online and offline, verifying initials/signatures and stamping documents, creating extracts or duplicates from original documents, and notarizing/certifying; then monitor and provide necessary support per official protocols.
  • Administrative and Clerical Support: Assist with photocopying, scanning, and binding documents; order and monitor stationery supplies; perform internal procedures (e.g., contract execution, payments, purchase orders) and follow up on processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s or college degree in Law or Administration.
  • Experience in administrative or clerical work at a law firm.
  • Reliable, stable, and orderly work approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and other office computer skills.
  • Knowledgeable in using modern office applications.
  • Mindset focused on standard operating procedures (SOP) and organizational platforms.
