Get to Know The Role:

  • Customer Obsession:

    • We are in a fast-growing and rapidly evolving competitive landscape. It is critical for us to build products that have a real customer value proposition to become the preferred choice for customers.

    • You will champion the customer in countries by understanding trends and patterns to synthesize learnings and surface insights with key internal stakeholders.

  • Holistic View:

    • We operate across several verticals in multiple geographies. It is imperative to prioritize and be prudent with our time, resources and capital. 

    • You will be a key thought partner for the country and vertical heads to ensure the product is delivering on the in-market customer and business outcomes.

  • Structured Scalable Process:

    • We have a highly complex architecture. It is crucial to project manage many workstreams and link different stakeholders in a structured and organized manner.

    • You will build a scalable product rollout process that ensures operational readiness to achieve business goals and velocity needs.

Day-to-Day Activities: 

  • Execute Rollouts:

    • Develop the country product rollout calendar as list of priority features by country based on the overall roadmap.

    • Project manage successful and timely implementation of end-to-end country product rollout plans.

    • Provide training support, product configuration guidance.

  • Generate Insight:

    • Surface and advocate key insights from the business to inform quarterly product prioritisation.

  • Build Consensus:

    • Ensure alignment across business stakeholders and tech families on key objectives for product initiatives.

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for product-related questions for country rollouts.

    • Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage meaningful customer-centric business impact.

Qualifications/Certifications/Experience:

  • 5+ years experience in a strategy/operations/customer-facing/product management role

  • Thai speaking as role will be based out of Thailand

  • Experience at a tech software company

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business, finance, economics or related fields

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem solving skills

  • Strong business acumen, customer focused, team and results-oriented

  • Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured environment and organisation that changes frequently

  • Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in emerging markets
