Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Kiosks & Modern Trade Account Manager to support and scale our direct-to-consumer kiosks and key MT retail accounts in Vietnam. This role plays a key part in executing the commercial growth strategy of brands such as Feastables chocolate, ensuring high availability, visibility, and sales performance across both channels.
Key Responsibilities
Kiosk Channel Sales & Operations
• Manage sales activities across all self-operated kiosks (existing and new openings).
• Develop sales targets per kiosk; monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Coordinate with marketing team for in-store activations and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee kiosk staffing, stock levels, merchandising, and customer service standards.
• Analyse customer footfall, product preferences, and transaction data to improve conversion rates.
Modern Trade Account Management
• Maintain and grow relationships with key MT retailers.
• Drive volume growth and maximize product listing, shelf space, and trade promotions.
• Negotiate trading terms, JBPs, and category visibility plans with each account.
• Ensure timely order placements and coordinate stock delivery with supply chain.
Cross-Channel Sales Coordination
• Develop pricing strategies and promotions aligned across kiosk and MT channels.
• Work closely with supply chain for demand forecasting and in-stock planning.
• Collaborate with marketing on POSM deployment and trade marketing effectiveness.
Reporting & Insights
• Track sales KPIs by channel, door, and SKU.
• Analyse ROI of trade promotions and kiosk campaigns.
• Generate periodic reports and recommend action plans for sales growth and efficiency.
Job requirements
Qualifications & Skills
• Min degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, including MT and/or D2C retail channels.
• Strong understanding of Vietnam’s modern trade retail and kiosk/digital D2C landscape.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
• Experience with promotion planning, distributor/retailer negotiations, and merchandising strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Bilingual: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
KPIs
• Monthly/Quarterly sales vs target by channel (Kiosk, MT)
• Average transaction value & footfall conversion (Kiosk)
• Number of new doors opened (MT)
• Sell-out growth & market share
• Promotion ROI and trade spend efficiency
