A. Job Purpose:
The Key Account Senior is responsible for developing and executing international sales strategies to expand the company’s global footprint, drive revenue growth, and build long-term partnerships across key international markets.
B. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify and prioritize target regions or countries.
2. Market Development:
- Identify and acquire new international clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in global markets.
3. Team & Performance Management:
- Lead and manage international sales teams or distribution partners.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
4. Operations & Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Legal, Product, etc.) to support international business activities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, order fulfillment, and international payment collection.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global clients.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction across regions.
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales
- Experience in e-commerce and sales on international platforms.
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to plan strategically, analyze markets, and manage KPIs.
- Knowledge of international trade, logistics, compliance, and cross-border sales processes.
