In charge of MT Sales channel development (HA product – TV, AC, …) and responsible for revenue, profitability, market share, inventory, forecast accuracy, product strategy, and product display of assigned channel.− Manage sales orders, debts, and cost reconciliation− Manage the channel’s PSI− Communicate SI SO policy with customers and promote implementation− Resolve issues related to warranty, stores− Manage adherence to sales price execution across channels/ points of sales to ensure a healthy business environment− Update and report market trends and competitor activities for sales decision-making− Collaborate with relevant teams (Marketing, Retail, Regional Sales) to execute promotional campaigns, product display and product launches− Build trust with channel accounts and create a foundation for continued revenue growth.− Other tasks:• Collaborate with related Departments for excellent execution• Participating in company product lineup activities• Manage and develop Sales team member
