We’re looking for more than just a degree. This role requires a unique way of thinking — someone who can analyze with numbers but communicate with clarity, and connect data points into meaningful narratives that support strategic decisions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Public Policy, Applied Mathematics, etc.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, research projects, or strategy-related roles are a plus)
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data tools (e.g. Power BI, Stata, Python) is a plus
- Readiness to participate in field trips and be exposed to new challenges, with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Solid communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Preferred Thinking Style:
- Data-driven but a storyteller – you can explain what the data says and why it matters
- Read between the lines – you notice what others overlook and ask the right questions
- A mathematical mindset – structured, logical, and quantitative
- A sense of finance – understanding how business decisions translate to financial outcomes
- Curious, humble, and not afraid to start again when things don’t work the first time
