* This is a temporary position with duration of 6-12 months
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing and presenting strategic goals and materials to support commercial initiatives.
• Assist in managing commercial projects in collaboration with KAM(s). Entering projects, monitoring progress of project and samples. Identify customer requirements and follow-up on customer submissions.
• General back up and business support of Key Account Manager(s).
• Cultivate customer relationships within portfolio of accounts.
• Prepare and maintain Customer Directories for own KAM(s) Account List, containing all aspects of prices, codes, and contacts.
• Prepare price quotes for review by KAM prior to confirmation to Customers, recording of prices in all Givaudan systems.
• Prepare review documents for all “In Progress” projects for weekly technical meetings.
• Where required by KAM(s) prepare customer presentations and service review documents.
• Participate and prepare for bi-monthly segment meetings and business reviews.
• Ensure an efficient service on all aspects of Customer Documentation, Questionnaires, Product Information Documents etc.
• Take ownership for transitioning Customer projects / new wins from scale up to production.
• Prepare monthly reports of New Wins.
• Investigate and assist in resolving customer complaints as necessary.
• Assist KAM(s) in the preparation of the Account Development Plans (ADP).
• Prepare results for Monthly review with KAM(s)
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or holding a university degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic understanding of customer strategies, initiatives, priorities, and product launch processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in common PC applications (e.g., MS Office)
• Market Analysis Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to support product and business strategies.

• Positive thinking, growth mindset, and willingness to learn new skills.
