[JHN0036769] Building Management (BM) Department - Safety Inspector (Senior Executive)

Support and manage safety inspection and technical maintenance operations across multiple company-managed properties to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient building management.
Specific work content

A) Safety inspection and maintenance management
1. Develop, update, and improve manuals, checklists, and schedules for safety inspections and technical maintenance.
2. Provide clear guidance and training to on-site teams on how to identify hazards, risks, and deficiencies caused by damage, wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or improper operation; propose feasible preventive measures.
3. Supervise and verify that technical staff and contractors perform safety inspections in accordance with established procedures.

B) Technical operation management
4. Manage technical operations and maintenance across multiple properties, including monitoring system performance (MEP, firefighting, wastewater treatment, etc.).
5. Receive and respond to incident reports, participate directly in technical troubleshooting and resolution.
6. Promptly report inspection results, system operating conditions, and improvement proposals to management and relevant departments.

C) Documentation and coordination
Prepare and maintain safety inspection records and reports; coordinate with contractors and related departments for maintenance and improvement plans.

Nationality: Vietnamese
• Degree: University graduate with related major (e.g., University of Technology or equivalent)
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese; English communication skill
• Experience: Over three years working as Chief Engineer or in a similar technical safety role
• Age: Under 45 years old

• Soft skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD
o Good planning and task management skills
o Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capability

• Personality:
o Eager to learn new technologies and methods
o Leadership and cooperative attitude in team management

• Others:
o Knowledge of construction issues is an advantage
