Mô tả công việc

  • Install, set up the necessary IT devices in Office & Stores (HCMC, DN…) and ensure they always function well as expected.
  • Monitor and maintain IT Equipment, IT system (network, server …)
  • Manage IT inventory & completely manage full life cycle of IT devices in Office & Stores
  • Support end-users to resolve IT issues in Office & Stores
  • Working time: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM or that which may be required for completion of your work.
  • Ready for business trips

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree from Information Technology or any related field
  • Basic knowledge of CCNA (MCSA is a plus)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3 years of experience in IT Support or any related fields
  • Strong problem solving, planning skills, and detail oriented
