Get to know the Role:
Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop, network and application support.
Setup and installation of desktops/laptops including MacBooks & Windows
Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems
Understand technical issues and develop procedures and checklists for future references.
Troubleshoot networking issues.
Involve in new and existing projects.
The must haves:
Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/Desktop support.
Support experience with various operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS)
Hands-on experience in deploying and supporting desktops, laptops (Mac & Windows), video conferencing, networking devices
Understanding of fundamental networking and internet technologies.
Familiar with cloud technologies.
