Get to know the Role:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop, network and application support.

• Setup and installation of desktops/laptops including MacBooks & Windows

• Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems

• Understand technical issues and develop procedures and checklists for future references.

• Troubleshoot networking issues.

• Involve in new and existing projects.

The must haves:

• Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT/Desktop support.

• Support experience with various operating systems (Mac, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS)

• Hands-on experience in deploying and supporting desktops, laptops (Mac & Windows), video conferencing, networking devices

• Understanding of fundamental networking and internet technologies.

• Familiar with cloud technologies.
