Get to know the Role:

• Working in partnership with our GTS team based in Singapore HQ

• Provide superior 1st and 2nd level IT support for all our Grabbers in our Cluj Tech R&D office 

• Support and troubleshoot IT Desktop/Laptop, Network, Hardware and Peripheral issues Grabber may experience and resolve in a timely manner

• Support and troubleshoot Grabber applications such as GSuite, Microsoft products Teleconferencing and others

• Installation and deployment of new Desktops/Laptops/Mobile/network devices for Grabbers 

• Continuous improvement of our IT support procedures and checklists in providing Grabbers with a positive and personalised service

• Play an important role in ongoing and new projects to support GTS services supporting Grabbers in their roles and the technology they use

The must haves:

• Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science

• Highly developed IT support skills and experience (minimum 3 years) able to deal with most IT Desktop/Laptop, Network and Peripheral support issues and resolve in a timely manner

• Highly developed and demonstrated capability in the installation, deployment and support of  the latest Mac Operating Systems and Windows Operating Systems and hardware

• Support experience with other Operating Systems such as Linux, Android, iOS on various devices e.g. Mobiles, Tablets etc...

• Hands-on experience in the deploying and supporting, video conferencing and networking devices and access and peripherals

• Experience with cloud technologies being able to provide 1st level diagnostics

• Understanding of fundamental networking and internet technologies

• Excellent English oral and written communications
