1. Test Automation Strategy & Design

• Define and design the test automation strategy for all financial applications.

• Build automation testing frameworks aligned with the tech stack and business requirements.

• Mentor and train junior team members on automation testing and best practices.

• Perform code reviews for automation scripts and ensure adherence to quality standards.

2. Multi-Platform Test Automation

• UI Automation: Web applications (React), Mobile apps (React Native – iOS/Android).

• API Automation: RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration endpoints.

• Database Testing: Data validation, integrity checks, and performance queries.

• End-to-End Automation: Covering complete business workflows from UI to database.

3. Banking Domain Testing

• Loan Processing: Origination workflows, interest calculations, and approval processes.

• Payment Testing: Card transactions, money transfers, and settlement flows.

• Financial Calculations: Loan payments, interest rates, fees, and penalties.

• Compliance Testing: Data validation according to banking regulations.

4. Test Management & Reporting

• Debug and analyze the root cause of test failures and application defects.

• Report test results through automated reports, dashboards, and metrics tracking.

• Manage test data: Set up and maintain test data for automated scenarios.

• CI/CD Integration: Integrate automation tests into the deployment pipeline.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent

• 5–7 years of automation testing, 3+ years in banking/financial domain

• Strong experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks

• Hands-on with loan & payment systems, financial calculations

• Automation tools: Selenium, Appium, API testing (Postman/REST Assured)

• Programming: JavaScript/TypeScript and Java or Python; SQL

• Experience with Git and CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab CI)

• Ability to mentor junior testers and work closely with development teams
