- Project Planning & Execution:
- Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans and timelines.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of approved projects and programs.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with regulatory and process requirements.
- Cross-Functional Management:
- Manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and outsourced IT vendors.
- Estimate work efforts, define milestones, allocate resources, and track deliverables.
- Monitoring & Risk Control:
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and evaluate potential risks.
- Report regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify and escalate critical issues and ensure appropriate resolution.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
- Serve as the central communication point between engineering, business analysts, business leads, and external vendors.
- Integrate activities by managing interdependencies and aligning priorities across functions.
- Oversee business aspects of engineering, including third-party software and vendor management.
- Process Improvement & Governance:
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and engineering processes.
- Implement best practices, templates, and tools to standardize and enhance project execution.
- Ensure change control and reporting processes comply with project management standards.
- Performance & Quality Management:
- Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure project quality and support teams in balancing priorities to meet strategic objectives.
