The IT Onsite position is responsible for supporting End User for daily activities and IT tasks to deliver excellent IT Service.
Main responsibilities:
1. Maintain infrastructure onsite
- Install and configure the application, operating system, and computer hardware.
- Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot system and network, diagnose and resolve hardware or software failures.
- Maintain Asset management system regularly
- Provides documents related IT support, including documentation and reports related to computers, and networks.
2. Support site
- Support for deploying new applications and digital as: RPA, Power Automate
- Support for other sites belong SGB Group, follow order by line Manager
