Mô tả công việc

We're seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide exceptional support to our employees. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems.

  • Provide technical support to company users related to software, hardware, computer networks, and office equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment: servers, computers, printers, scanners, IP phones, cameras, etc.
  • Support troubleshooting via various channels: in-person, email, phone, or remote support tools.
  • Manage and track IT assets, updating records periodically.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure stable operation of the technology infrastructure.
  • Participate in new system deployment projects as assigned.
  • Support and maintain our Cisco / Stringee/ Genesys Telephony systems.
  • Provide technical assistance related to CRM platforms.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from College/University with a major in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and LAN/WAN networks.
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in a Contact Center environment.
  • Experience with Cisco / Stringee/ Genesys Telephony systems is a must-have.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), networking concepts, and common business applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting IT systems within the Aviation or Banking sectors is highly desirable.
  • Preference for candidates with MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent certifications.
  • Good communication skills, customer support mindset, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to provide 24/7 support, including on-call standby support with remote work capability for after-hours incidents.
