Responsibilities:
Receive and resolve user support requests (directly or via ticketing system).
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
Install and upgrade operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and office applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Manage, track, and update IT asset inventory.
Provide recommendations for hardware/software upgrades when needed.
Provide remote support to branch users via remote tools.
Support IT equipment procurement and allocation.
Ensure IT services are always available and maintain professionalism in all support activities.
Requirements:
Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
College/University degree in Information Technology or related field.
1–3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support.
Solid knowledge of troubleshooting operating systems, office applications, and peripheral devices.
Proficiency in Windows OS Client (8/10/11).
Basic knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Experience with ticketing/asset management software (Jira, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, etc.).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure.
