JOB PURPOSE:
· The ERP Senior Executive will play a dual role within the IT ERP team.
· This member will be responsible for providing daily operational support for S/4 HANA system and will also be a key project member for the upcoming SAP integration project.
· This role is for ensuring the stability of our current operations while supporting the system integration.
A. MEVN Daily Operational Support (approx. 50%)
· Provide the first level functional support to business users for SAP S/4HANA
· Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with external vendors for resolution.
B. S/4HANA Integration Project Support (approx. 50%)
· Act as a key member of the S/4HANA project team, attending workshops and supporting the project manager.
· Assist the Data Migration phase by coordinating for the data extraction, cleansing, and validation tasks.
· Coordinate/Support the business teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
· Assist Business users during the Training phase, coordinating with vendor for any Gap issue during the training.
· Provide post-go-live "Hypercare" support to Business users during the critical period after project Go-Live.
Other
· Report to the Line Manager upon succession of any tasks accordingly
· Other project tasks assigned by Line Manager
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related IT fields
· Knowledge of business consulting (e.g., Supply Chain Management/ Project Management) is an advantageKnowledge of business consulting (e.g., Supply Chain Management/ Project Management) is an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
· Having at least 3–4-year experiences in SAP support job (preferably MM/SD or Project System area in S/4 HANA environments)
· 2 years + experiences in participating in SAP implementation/ roll-out projects
